Meet Jennifer
SPRY Fitness & Nutrition is owned and operated by Jennifer Ferguson, a lifelong fitness enthusiast, certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. As a retiree herself, Jennifer chooses to work with a limited number of clients so she can give them her complete and undivided attention.
As your coach, she’ll walk beside you, guiding and motivating you through your fitness and nutrition journey to better health. Jennifer will design a program to meet your individual needs and abilities, challenging any preconceived notions you may have about what you can do.

Services
Jennifer works one-on-one with her personal training and nutrition clients online or in-person. The process begins with a comprehensive assessment of each client’s goals, abilities, challenges, needs and motivators. She will guide you in making small, incremental changes that add up to big, sustainable results.
Fitness Programs
Jennifer works one-on-one with her personal training clients—either online or in-person—one to three days a week for periods of three, six or nine months. The training process begins with a comprehensive assessment of each client’s goals, abilities, challenges, needs and motivators. Assessment results serve as a baseline against which progress can be measured over time. They are also used to inform the design of each client’s exercise program, including areas of focus and progressions. During training sessions, special attention is paid to proper technique to ensure client safety and injury prevention, and to maximize workout benefits.
Nutrition Coaching
While the diet-of-the-month may sound appealing and even lead to short-term weight loss, chances are you’ll regain that weight because most diets are restrictive and non-sustainable. There’s a better, more satisfying way to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. Jennifer works with her nutrition clients to help them identify and practice better eating habits that can be sustained for a lifetime of good health. It all starts with an assessment to help her understand your current practices and life circumstances so she can guide you in making small, incremental changes that add up to big, sustainable results.
